Morning Brew Co began with a simple passion for exceptional coffee and a desire to bring people together. Founded by Denis Liskevich, our journey started in the vibrant coffee culture of Portland, Oregon, with a focus on hand-crafted specialty coffees and authentic community experiences.
In 2024, we planted our roots in the heart of Ooltewah, Tennessee, opening our brick-and-mortar cafe in Cambridge Square. This marked a significant expansion from our original catering services, allowing us to serve our neighbors directly in a warm, inviting space.
Today, we remain dedicated to our founding principles: sourcing the finest beans, crafting each beverage with care, and baking our pastries fresh daily. We're proud to be a part of the local fabric, a place where coffee enthusiasts, families, and event planners across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama can discover the perfect cup and a welcoming atmosphere.
